For the Colleyville Chamber of Commerce, a 501(c)(6) nonprofit, I work to strengthen the local business community by developing and executing the marketing strategy, driving member engagement, and expanding the business network. Through strategic campaigns, event promotion, digital content, and storytelling, my work highlights our members, amplifies their impact, and drives awareness of the Chamber's role in Colleyville.

Event Marketing
I lead comprehensive event marketing for the Colleyville Chamber of Commerce, supporting more than 280 events annually, including four major signature events that draw hundreds of attendees each year and luncheons averaging around 100 participants per month. Each event is supported by robust, multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to maximize visibility, engagement, and attendance.
From developing dedicated event websites (view example HERE) to managing digital promotion, social media, email marketing, and branded collateral, I ensure every event is strategically positioned and consistently promoted. These campaigns not only drive strong turnout but also elevate sponsor exposure, strengthen member participation, and reinforce the Chamber’s role as a central connector within the business community.
Email Marketing
I manage strategic email marketing, delivering timely, engaging content that keeps members informed and connected.
Through a refined content strategy focused on clarity, relevance, and value, I have increased our average open rate from 35% to consistently over 40%, significantly outperforming the 20–25% industry standard.
Each campaign is thoughtfully structured to ensure members receive what they need while enjoying what they see - resulting in stronger engagement, increased event participation, and a more connected business community.

Social Strategy
I lead the Chamber’s social media and digital content strategy, using engaging visuals, dynamic video content, and consistent branding to increase reach and interaction across platforms. By producing and editing short-form videos, designing custom graphics, and developing platform-specific content, I’ve transformed social media into a direct tool for visibility, engagement, and business growth.
This approach has strengthened brand awareness, expanded audience reach, and created more meaningful touchpoints between the Chamber, its members, and the broader community.
Business Development
I play a key role in driving business development and organizational growth for the Colleyville Chamber of Commerce. Through strategic outreach, improved processes, and a newly implemented onboarding and retention journey, I drove 74% year-over-year membership growth - welcoming 89 new members in 2025 compared to 51 in 2024 - while reducing member attrition by over 55%.
In addition to growth initiatives, I’ve led internal process improvements by developing SOPs, refining workflows, and strengthening operational structure, resulting in a more efficient, scalable, and member-focused organization.
